A Client like that will usually have a specific budget for the project, have you asked them if it's been set? I remember assisting a fashion shooter years ago that worked with Department Stores and it would pay between $1500-$2500 depending on the usage. You will need to figure out how many shots you can do in a day, expenses of gear, studio, crew and editing time.

Hello everybody. I recently moved to New York from Russia and do not have a lot of experience in estimating here. I will be very appriciate of any advices.
A client (big store) would like to shoot 20 fashion product set ups. It will be compositions with several shoes or belts etc. Usage rights: 1 year, all media except television. They also need help with styling so I shoud find a stylist for this shoot.
