Really need to know more:
-How many images?
-Will you be doing post on the images/video?
-Will you need high quality audio for the video?
-How long do they need to license the images/video?
Video is such a different animal that's hard to give an estimate with such vague terms. However with both stills AND video I would start your pricing at your higher end.

I small cosmetic company has asked me to provide a quote on how much I would charge to shoot some before and after photos of a procedure they do and make a 20-30 second video of the procedure. The whole assignment should take a couple of hours. The images and video will be used on their website and Facebook page.
