I have some images of HRH Prince Charles hedge laying. The have been published in the UK. Can anyone suggest Asian and USA publishers I could approach for more sales and revenue.
Alamy is a London based stock agency that has a dedicated news section - your images should be well received there.
Thanks, yes been with Alamy since they started. I was trying to get the images into publishers within the Asian & USA market.
It's been my experience that when you need a Japanese image, you look to a Japanese stock house etc. etc. If you look at the Alamy sales, you frequently see "British" images as a higher than expected percentage. When I lived in Asia, I contributed to a Hong Kong based stock agency as well as a US based one. The China images - identical to the images submitted in the US - sold much better through the HK stock house. That may still be the case today.
I cannot give you addresses, but if you have these kind of pictures which could be of international interest, I would show them (heavily watermarked) on your website and try to send links around. It also helps to show maybe scans of the publications, so that other parties see that the images are in fact newsworthy.
You can imagine that most agencies etc. getting swamped with requests, so the best course of action is to have a friendly letter/email with an exact description of what you have and a prominent link to this very gallery. Nobody likes attachments in first emails, so you might get filtered if you try this route, but a nice email with a link and your contact information might work.
Just make sure that you watermark the pictures in a way that they cannot be taken and printed, but that they are still very good to see without obscuring the content.
Good Luck! Maybe others can give you more concrete advice.
Sorry, please explain to us non-British people: HRH = His Royal Highness? What does hedge laying mean?

Hedge laying is a process of managing (cutting) field hedges to form a strong cattle proof living hedge. The laid hedge grows out over about ten years before further management is required.
