QuestionTerms & Conditions: Does ASMP.org (US) one apply worldwide?

Hi, living in Spain but working internationally and even in Spain working with people from all over, I applied the terms & conditions as made up by the ASMP.org in the US. I adjusted it a little bit to fit my situation.
My native Netherlands has photography industry one but I haven't found one in Spain

Question: Can I continue using the ASMP T&C, in other words would this be valid in the event of a dispute? or is there an international T&C?

Blinkbid software has a great licensing and T+C part to it. It makes it easy to adjust for varying circumstances and greatly speeds the estimating process.

The terms and conditions are something that most photographers misunderstand. In many cases they are meaningless because they are only a contract if they are agreed upon by both parties and signed.

The ASMP terms are generally ok but you should make them into a contract and have them signed by the party prior to going on an assignment.

The terms and conditions on the back of my Quotes, Invoices and Licence to use forms, are just there to explain the terms used on the front - and the conditions to which those terms relate too.

None of which needs to be signed by anyone other than me - as I'm just agreeing to provide them with my images for to use.

Sorry, left out the word 'them'...

I would think that as long as the T&C's that you use don't conflict with the spirit of the trade laws in the country in which you're residing, they should hold water. Assuming the client reads and signs the contract.
