Their announcement "There are no big changes to the way we work with you, but we're now legally obliged to advise you of changes in UK law with respects to withholding taxes, our distribution partners and content removal policy."
A link to the new terms & conditions follows, but no summary of the actual changes. Anyone know exactly what changed?
