United StatesPricing guide for Video?I'm hoping you can help me out with some pricing guidelines. I'm the photo editor for
a midsize paper and we have a Canadian group that does documentaries
that is looking to license about 90 seconds of video we shot on Canon HD
video cameras. It is news coverage, an interview, and courtroom footage. They are asking for the following rights.
World, all media, except theatrical, for 5 years.
North America, TV-only, 5 years.
Any help or direction to pricing guidelines would be greatly
appreciated.

Good to see you here! Interesting question, it looks like 2 things are pretty complicated to price: Licensing for video and licensing for apps...lets see if somebody can help.
