How would you charge licensing fees for images to be used on a website?

I've got a 170 image shot list that will be published on the second page of a major automotive website as 5"x3" @72 dpi for one year. How should I charge for licensing fees?  By the image, by the vehicle (17 vehicles at 10 shots per vehicle), or as flat fee?
