As a native South Floridian, I was born and raised in the city of Hollywood. I earned my Bachelors degree from Florida Atlantic University with my major in Computer Science with minor work in Systems Programming. My career has led me to my current position as a Director of Information Systems for a large school district but my passion has always been in the field of photography. I’ve had a camera in my hands since I was a teenager.

I learned photography basics working in our family owned film processing lab where I gained a love of capturing images that freeze moments in time for eternity. My interest in photography is to continuously learn how to shoot vibrant images that tell a story and elicits some emotion from the audience. I get great satisfaction from shooting family, friends, scenery, and events that show excitement, fun times, but most importantly tell a story.

I’ve had the opportunity to photograph special events such as weddings, parties, portraits, nature, sporting events, and many other activities. I have gained experience in print processing and post production work utilizing Photoshop and other graphic applications.
